This policy does not apply to the websites, products, or services of third parties linked from our platform, including independent immigration attorneys you may engage through our marketplace. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two principal ways: information you provide directly to us, and information collected automatically through your use of the platform.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register and use USVisaGPT, you may provide:

• Identity & Contact Data: your full name, email address, and account credentials
• Immigration Profile Data: details about your education, professional work experience, published works, awards, media coverage, business ventures, investment history, national or international recognition, and any other achievements relevant to your target visa category
• Financial Data: payment details processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers
• Communications: any messages or feedback you send us directly, including support requests

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our platform, we automatically collect:

• Usage Data: pages visited, features used, actions taken, time spent on the platform, and interactions with AI-generated outputs
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs
• Cookie Data: information collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 9)

3. Sensitive and Immigration-Related Data

Your immigration profile may contain highly personal and sensitive information, including information about your nationality, immigration status, financial background, professional accomplishments, and personal history. We treat this category of data with heightened care:

• Sensitive immigration data is used exclusively to generate your personalized visa assessment and scoring outputs
• We do not use immigration profile data for unrelated profiling, behavioral advertising, or sale to data brokers
• Access to sensitive data is strictly controlled within our organization and service infrastructure
• Sensitive data is never shared with third parties except as specifically described in Section 6 of this policy

By submitting your immigration profile, you expressly consent to the processing of this sensitive data for the purposes described in this policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Platform Operation: To create and maintain your account, process your immigration profile, and deliver AI-generated visa assessments and scoring reports
• AI Analysis & Output: To evaluate your profile against O-1, EB-2 NIW, and E-2 visa criteria, calculate approval scores, identify case strengths and gaps, and generate a personalized strategy and action plan
• Attorney Connection: Where you explicitly request it, to match you with and introduce you to independent immigration attorneys in our professional network
• Payment Processing: To process one-time report fees via our third-party payment processor (Stripe)
• Service Improvement: To analyze aggregated usage patterns, improve AI model accuracy and relevance, and enhance overall platform quality
• Security & Compliance: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to comply with applicable legal obligations
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and communicate important service updates
• Legal Defense: To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims if disputes arise

5. AI Processing and Output Disclaimer

USVisaGPT uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze your immigration profile and generate visa assessments. You should understand the following about our AI outputs:

• Probabilistic Nature: All AI outputs are statistical and probabilistic. They are based on patterns from USCIS evaluation criteria and real-case data calibrated with immigration professionals, not guaranteed predictions.
• Not Legal Advice: AI outputs do not constitute legal advice, legal opinions, or representations about the likelihood of visa approval by the U.S. government.
• Human Review: Our AI analysis framework was developed and refined with input from experienced U.S. immigration attorneys, but individual outputs are not reviewed by an attorney unless you engage one through our platform.
• Evolving Standards: USCIS policies, adjudication standards, and visa criteria can change. Our models are updated regularly but may not reflect the most recent agency guidance at all times.
• No Reliance: You should not rely solely on our AI outputs in making any immigration decision. Independent legal counsel is strongly recommended.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the platform, including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors (Stripe), analytics and monitoring services, and email and communication tools. These service providers process your data only on our instructions and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection agreements.

6.2 Attorney Network (User-Initiated Only)

If you choose to request an attorney introduction, we will share relevant portions of your immigration profile with one or more independent attorneys in our professional network. This sharing occurs only upon your explicit request and consent. Attorneys who receive your information are independent professionals and are bound by their own professional obligations, including attorney-client confidentiality where applicable.

6.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information where required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of USVisaGPT, our users, or the public.

6.4 Business Transfers

If USVisaGPT or VIP Black Line LLC is acquired, merged, or undergoes a change of control, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you and provide choices where required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and as required by applicable law:

• Account and profile data is retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter to handle any follow-up requests, disputes, or legal obligations
• Payment records are retained as required by financial and tax regulations, typically a minimum of seven (7) years
• AI-generated reports associated with your profile are retained to support your account access and any future attorney connections you may request
• Usage and analytics data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely for platform improvement purposes

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 10). Note that certain information may be retained where required by law or where legitimate business interests apply, such as fraud prevention and legal claims.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our security practices include:

• Data encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
• Access controls and role-based permissions limiting data access to authorized personnel only

11. Children's Privacy

12. International Users

USVisaGPT is operated from the United States. If you access our platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
